  • Act as liaison when needed with owners/tenants.





Broker Responsibilities
Accounting & Clerical Services

  • Advertise the property for lease

  • Inspect the property and provide photos to Owner

  • Show the property to prospective tenants

  • Run credit report and verify references on applicants

  • Prepare and execute lease

  • Prepare move-in inventory check list

  • Move-out inspection

  • Collect security deposit to be held by Broker

  • Collect pro-rated and/or first month's rent for the Owner, to be disbursed to Owner, after the deduction of any expenses and Broker's leasing fee.

  • Eviction Assistance

  • Court representation

  • Recording Rent Collections
  • Disbursements (invoices, payments)
